1How do I attend RaveRide at RAVENITY?

You will need to:
1. Download RAVENITY app through Google Play or App Store;
2. Sign up a Ravenity account ;
3. Select your desired package and make payment via Debit/Credit Card ;
4. Click the “reserve” button or “calendar” icon to book your preferred class and spot ;

OR

1. Download RAVENITY app through Google Play or App Store;
2. Sign up a Ravenity account ;
3. Walk-in to our studio to purchase your desired package ;
4. We accept payment via cash, QR Code, Credit Card, Debit Card or Online Transfer ;
5. Proceed to click the “reserve” button or “calendar” icon to book your preferred class and spot ;

2Can I ride without cleat shoes?

Yes, you can. Our Stages SC2 indoor bike is equipped with standard spd and cage pedals. To enhance your riding experience, you definitely won't regret to get a pair of TIEM or SHIMANO IC200!

The shoes are also available for rent at only RM10 per pair by first come first served basis!

3Do you offer a monthly membership?

We offer class credits with no additional fees, with the choice of buying 1, 5, 8, 10, 20, 40 classes and we also provide private classes.

If you are a first timer, we do provide 3 trial classes with the most affordable price.

4Can I share my series/packages with my friends?

Yes, you can share with maximum 3 friends! All packages, excluding The Single Ride, Rave 8 and First Ravers Trial series, can be shared.

Your friends and you can have access to all the credit for a particular series. Just let us know the account name used to book the class when you check in.

5Is the Ride Chamber loud?

Our Ride Chamber is loud, but safe for your ears. If you are sensitive to loud noises, we offer earplugs for FREE!

6Can I take photos?

YES – absolutely! Feel free to take photos and post stories, however, we do not allow mobile phones inside the studio during class!

7Is there a minimum age limit to ride?

You need to be at least 150cm in height and minimum 12 years of age to join our rave class.

However, registration of minors (ages 12-18) must be completed in person at one of our studios with a parent or legal guardian present.

8What if I can’t do everything in the class? I have not worked out in a while.

You are recommended to join our RAVE BEGINNER class. Our instructors will assist you and give modifications throughout each class so you can tailor the workout to your ability. Go at your own pace and have fun, we got your back!

RAVE YOGA

1How do I attend RaveYoga at RAVENITY？

2This is my first time. What’s your advice?

We ask for your first class that you arrive 20 minutes before class so our crew can check you in, help you set up in class and show you around the studio. Go at your own pace, take a break if you need to. Make sure to inform the instructor if you have any injuries prior to the chosen workout.

3Can I use RaveRide credits for RaveYoga classes?

Not at the moment. You can’t use the RaveRide credits for RaveYoga class.

You have to purchase RaveYoga packages. We offer Introductory Class, Drop-in Class, 5 Class Pack and 10 Class Pack.

4Do you offer free trial classes?

Unfortunately free trial classes are not offered. However, we do have a good deal for our trial package (Introductory Class) – RM60.00 for 2 classes which valid in 14-days.

5Can I share my RaveYoga credit with my friends?

ABSOLUTELY!! You can share the credits with your yoga buddies if you purchase:
1.5 Class Pack; or
2.10 Class Pack

2Do you offer virtual classes?

YES WE DO!

We offer live-stream via Zoom for each RaveRide session with our physical class at studio, for those of you who would like to experience RaveRide at home!

3Is RaveRide credit is the same as RaveRide live-stream?

Regretfully it is not the same.

We offer different package for RaveRide live-stream and the credits are only applicable for live-stream classes. The packages offered are single class credit, 5 credits and 10 credits.

4How will I join the virtual class?

1. Enroll yourself via RAVENITY app;
2. After enrolment, you will receive a zoom link 30 mins before the class starts time which will take you to the live class on ZOOM;

5What equipment will I need for live-stream class?

All you will need is your indoor cycling bike (any will do), comfortable, breathable clothes; a hand towel and plenty of water.

CHECK-INS

1How early should I arrive?

If you are new to Ravenity, we recommend you to arrive at least 20 minutes before your class to get acquainted with our beautiful studio, take some selfies, meet new friends and a proper set up.

Please note that if you have not signed in a minute before the class starts, your spot may be released.

2How do I check in?

Come by to our front desk, and let us know your account name and what class you have booked in so we can get you all set up!

3What happens if I’m late?

We recommend that you come 20 minutes earlier to check in and get a proper set up for your safety purpose.

Once the class has started, the doors are closed. If the reserved class has been running for 5 minutes, you will be strictly denied entry to the class, and your credit will be considered forfeited.

4Am I allowed to enter the class if I’m late?

Due to health and safety reasons, we will not allow latecomers. Please speak to our desk for more information.

BOOKING

1Can I pick my own spot?

Yes you can as there are still spots left to choose from!

2What’s your refund and cancellation policy?

We are unable to refund classes if you fail to show up to a class you’ve booked. We have a strict no-refund policy.

However, in the event that you cancel out of a class outside of our cancellation policy of 10 hours, we will put the class credit back on to your account.

If you don't cancel your booking at least 10 hours prior to class start time, your credit will be forfeited.

3Can I cancel a class after I’ve booked it?

Yes. Please make sure to cancel your spot 10 hours prior to your class to receive your class credit back, otherwise you will be charged for the class.

4What about cancelling my waitlist spot?

If you’re still on the waitlist, you can cancel your spot anytime.

5What if the class is full?

You can join the waitlist for any fully booked class online. We’ll allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You’ll need a credit in your account to secure your spot. The earlier you join, the better your chances of getting a spot. You will be charged when joining the waitlist, but your credit (s) will be returned if you do not get into the class.

BUYING CREDITS

1When does the schedule go live?

The schedule goes live every Saturday at 1PM.

2Do credits have an expiry date?

Yes, they do.

The expiry date of each package is stored under your "My Series" tab in the app. Make sure you plan your classes so you can utilise all of your credits.

3Do I need to buy a package to do a class?

Yes!

However, before you proceed to buy a package and book a class, you need to create an account with us. You can create an account by downloading the RAVENITY app via Play Store or App Store.

4How to purchase credits for classes?

Purchases of credits can be made online on our website. Alternatively, payments can be made in studio.

We accept cash payments and via contactless payment, Visa, MasterCard Credit Cards, DuitNow QR, S PAY, TnG. Your package will be activated from your purchase date. You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or sell them outside of Ravenity. Any packages that have been purchased anywhere other than Ravenity will not be honored.

FACILITIES

1What amenities do you offer?

We have a changing room, bathroom, washroom and lockers. We provide hair dryer as well as any hair, beauty and sanitary products you may need to ensure you have the best experience in our studio.

2Do you have lockers?

Absolutely ! We have plenty of lockers at our studio so that you can store and lock your belongings.

3Where do I park?

You can park at any of the available parking spots around Miri Times Square. Take your pick.

4Do you have any refreshments?

Of course! We offer various thirst quenching beverages at our own RaveBar!

We do sell bottled mineral water, protein shakes, 100% fruit juices, delicious fruity soda, freshly brewed coffee and matcha.

5I’m craving for your RaveBar menu. Do you provide delivery?

DEFINITELY!!

You can find us via Foodpanda or GrabFood. Just type in Rave Bar and proceed with your order.

6Lost or Damaged Personal Property

Ravenity maintains CCTV at all studio common areas. Regardless of care taken to avoid loss, we are not liable or responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property in our studio.
