Before your first RIDE, here are some facts that we want you to know :
Our classes are not your average cycle class BUT we have the most welcoming
community, supporting you every pedal of the way.

BE PREPARED
01. Get Ready
Drink lots of water before the class and bring your own water bottle.
You could also purchase refreshments at our very own RaveBar!
Good hydration is key to any workout! We suggest form-fitting shorts or tights and a breathable top.
02. Check In
Check-in at our front desk with your bike number or
account name.
03. Footwear
To enhance the riding experience, we suggest you gear up with cleated shoes.
We provide cleated shoes for rent at RM10 per pair on a first come first served basis.
We use SPD cleats so feel free to bring your own compatible shoes.
04. Set Up
Give our instructors or front desk member a wave and we’ll help you with your bike.
Let us help you get set up correctly and safely.
RIDING TIPS
START WITH RAVE BEGINNER
In our beginner class, we support you with more coaching around technique and our experienced instructors will be able to give to you the best advice on what to do. We also will assist you to set up your bike, familiarize with all the components and practice on rhythemic cycling.
YOUR OWN JOURNEY
There is absolutely no expectation for you to keep up! Beginners should aim first to get their feet on the beat, stay in the saddle until they have built strength and confidence to stand and over time add the upper body and progress from there. It’s your own journey! We just want you to join the movement and be inspired! You will get there over time. REMEMBER… the advanced riders were a beginner once too!
SHOW UP 20 MINUTES EARLY
If we don’t feel we have adequate time to set you up and run you through bike and riding safety without delaying or disrupting the class you won’t be able to join the class and your ride will still be redeemed. Please make sure you are at reception, changed and ready to ride 15 mins before the start of the class.
